Alessandra Filippone
CEO and Founder of ĒTHR X
My passion for psychology led me to initially pursue psychiatry, but I soon realized I wanted a more holistic and integrative approach, which led me to naturopathy. Over the years, I earned certifications in nutrition/micronutrition, craniosacral therapy, and talk therapy, allowing me to combine my love for psychology with natural healing. I later completed a specialization in hormones and fertility. My husband, Robert, and I co-founded ĒTHR X with the vision of creating a space where individuals can access a full range of services to support their mind, body, and spirit.

Robert Amato
CEO and Founder of ĒTHR X
My journey began with personal training, where I discovered my passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. As I deepened my understanding of the body, I pursued further studies in naturopathy, iridology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to offer a more holistic approach to wellness. I believe true health comes from balancing the body, mind, and spirit, and that’s what drives my work. My wife, Alessandra, and I co-founded ĒTHR X to create a space where individuals can access a full spectrum of services designed to help them perform, feel, and live at their best.

Anthony Petrotta
Osteopath (D.O)
Anthony graduated from the Collège d'études Ostéopathique de Montréal (CEO) in 2022 and completed his thesis on the working memory mechanism. He has also taken additional post-graduate courses on the cardiovascular system and learning how to optimize blood flow through the course of the entire body.
After 8 years of studies and over 1000 hours of clinical practice at the CEO , Anthony has learned to work with the many systems of the human body through musculoskeletal manoeuvres, as well as myofascial release, visceral, craniosacral, and the primary respiratory mechanism, in an attempt to be able to assess any situation and discomfort with the necessary expertise.
Anthony enjoys getting to know people, and his innate desire to see them get well is shown very evidently in his osteopathic approach. -

Stephania Valiante
Naturopath
My journey into naturopathy began in 2020 with a deep desire to unlock my own body’s natural ability to heal using integrative support as medicine. Over time, that curiosity turned into a calling. While finishing my Master’s Degree in Child Studies, I completed a Double Diploma in Naturopathy and a specialization in Holistic Nutrition. I knew my ultimate passion was to guide, support, and educate both individuals and children on their path to healing and thriving naturally. I adopted a whole-body, intuitive approach that honors bio-individuality because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health. To me, true healing comes from within and my mission is to help every person feel seen, supported, and inspired to live more holistically and aligned. Together, let’s nourish your body and guide it back to it’s natural state of balance.
